CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS – FINISHING MATERIALS
MAIN STRUCTURE – ROOF:
The main structure will be of reinforced concrete in accordance with the Cyprus anti-seismic code.
Roof slabs will also be reinforced concrete. Waterproofing insulation is achieved with the use of bituminous products.
WALLS:
All walls are build with class A cavity bricks 10x20x30cm
• Interior walls 10cm thickness
• Exterior walls 20cm thickness
PLASTERING – PAINTWORK:
All external walls are covered with decorative grafiato coating.
All interior walls and ceilings are finished with emulsion paint.
WALL COVERING
Bathrooms-Toilets: Walls covered with ceramic tiles up to door height, of purchase price £8 per Sq.m..
Kitchen: Walls between bench tops and cupboards covered with ceramic tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
FLOORING:
Sitting – Dining Room Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Kitchen Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Corridor Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Bathroom, WC Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £8 per Sq.m.
Bedrooms Laminated Parquet of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.

All above prices includes Vat.
SANITARY FITTINGS:
Quality European sanitary ware of white colour. European water mixers and accessories for the bathroom and WC are installed (mirror, toilet paper and towel holders).
ALUMINIUM FRAMES:
• All external frames will be of beige colored aluminum model MU100.
• The external doors and windows would be double-glazed for perfect heat and sound insulation.
• Electrical Rolling Shutters are fixed externally in bedrooms windows and external doors.
WOODWORK:
• The frond door is made of beech solid wood which is colored and spray varnished.
• All interior doors, wardrobes and kitchen cupboards are made of beech synthetic wood and spray varnished.
ELECTRICAL & TELEPHONE INSTALLATIONS:
Strictly following Cyprus Electricity Authority regulations and according to the architectural plans. Special care to equip the apartment throughout with convenient power outlets and lighting points.
• TV Central Aerial system giving signal to each apartment.
• Central doorbells system at the entrance of the building.
• Doorbell at the entrance of each apartment.
• Electronic sensor at the parking places.
• Controlled washing machine and refrigerator sockets.
SOLAR HEATING:
Installation of solar heater connected with the water supply, for each apartment.
PROVISION FOR AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING:
• Provision for electrical and drainage installation for air-conditioning type split units. (Cost of purchase and installation of the A.C. units will be at the cost of the buyer).
• Piping and provisions for Storage Heaters System in all rooms.
ELEVATOR:
Installation of modern elevator for eight persons, according to the European regulations.
GARBAGE STORES:
A garbage store will be constructed as per architectural drawings, with aluminum louvers doors, internal drainage system and covered internally with white ceramic tiles.
