CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS – FINISHING MATERIALS
MAIN STRUCTURE – ROOF:
The main structure will be of reinforced concrete in accordance with the Cyprus anti-seismic code.
Roof slabs will also be reinforced concrete. Waterproofing insulation is achieved with the use of bituminous products.
All walls are build with class A cavity bricks 10x20x30cm
• Interior walls 10cm thickness
• Exterior walls 20cm thickness
PLASTERING – PAINTWORK:
All external walls are covered with decorative grafiato coating.
All interior walls and ceilings are finished with emulsion paint.
Bathrooms-Toilets: Walls covered with ceramic tiles up to door height, of purchase price £8 per Sq.m..
Kitchen: Walls between bench tops and cupboards covered with ceramic tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Sitting – Dining Room Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Kitchen Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Corridor Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.

• All external frames will be of beige colored aluminum model MU100.
• The external doors and windows would be double-glazed for perfect heat and sound insulation.
• Electrical Rolling Shutters are fixed externally in bedrooms windows and external doors.
• The frond door is made of beech solid wood which is colored and spray varnished.
• All interior doors, wardrobes and kitchen cupboards are made of beech synthetic wood and spray varnished.

Strictly following Cyprus Electricity Authority regulations and according to the architectural plans. Special care to equip the apartment throughout with convenient power outlets and lighting points.
